EDS/HP - ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE HUMAN RIGHTS SHAME

In a landmark decision in the Queens Chamber of the London Royal Courts of "Justice" both Mrs "Justice" Swift and Mr "Justice" Owen have judged that freedom of speech is no longer a human right.

In a trial brought by EDS against a previous employee, both Mrs Justice Swift and Mr Justice Owen heard of the abuse the employee had suffered at the hands of EDS staff on UK Government property.

The employee decided(under international human rights law) to utilise his right to free speech to make people aware of the actions of the company and the staff included.

Mr "Justice" Owen decided to dispense with human rights law and ordered the former EDS staff member to pay EDS the sum of £24000

Gordon Brown and Jack Straw have both been asked to investigate this matter.
