YVETTE COOPER'S HUSBAND ED BALLS - I HAVE A SPEECH IMP...IMPE....IMPED...STUTTER
Yvette Cooper's husband Ed Balls has confirmed he has a stammer yet claims it should not get in the way of his political ambitions. Amazingly tipped by some to be a future Labour Party leader, Balls (who has a habit of 'flipping homes' with his missus) claims he has his stammer under control by memorizing speeches he has to deliver.
If he does become shadow party leader let's just hope he doesn't have to read out details of dead servicemen in PMQ's. "Poor Peter Parker from Peckham perished when his plane plunged perpendicular to the ground."

YVETTE COOPER AND DWP TO BE INVESTIGATED OVER £6,000 EXTORTION BID
It is understood Yvette Cooper and the DWP will be reported to the police over her department's attempts to extort £6,000 out of an innocent uk individual. The alleged extortion attempts were made in harrassing letters and late night telephone calls demanding a "payment arrangement" be set up.
Yvette Cooper has failed to respond to the allegation which comes after she refused to order an investigation into workplace abuse on DWP property involving EDS/HP.

EDS, JACK STRAW, LORD TAYLOR, BRITISH COURTS CORRUPTION?
In a recent trial on July 31st 2009, brought by EDS/HP against a former EDS/HP employee and company shareholder, the Queens Chamber of the Royal Courts of Justice heard how the employee had been abused by EDS staff on UK Government property.
The court also heard how the employee (who was subsequently sacked by EDS/HP) used his human right to freedom of expression and freedom of speech to feature the abuse on a website.
Mr Justice Owen and Mrs Justice Swift both decided the employee did not have a human right to reveal the abuse on a website and ordered the employee to pay EDS/HP nearly £24,000. He was then threatened by the court with imprisonment if he names the people responsible for his treatment - or even speaks to someone about it! In what may possibly be one of the country's worst human right's abuses and miscarriages of justice in the Queens Chamber of the Royal Courts of Justice, Gordon Brown and Jack Straw have been asked to investigate.
It has since come to light that the "highly sinister Electronic Data Systems" made payments to Lord Taylor of Blackburn who, in turn, paid Jack Straw (the "Justice" secretary) a sum of money.
Isn't it funny how the court ordered the employee to pay EDS £24,000 and that is just the sum of money required - The Sunday Times revealed - to help get a law changed?
So the big question is....whose pocket(s) will that £24,000 end up in when it seems human rights laws have changed and EDS abuses on Government sites have been "covered up"?

EDS/HP - ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE HUMAN RIGHTS SHAME
In a landmark decision in the Queens Chamber of the London Royal Courts of "Justice" both Mrs "Justice" Swift and Mr "Justice" Owen have judged that freedom of speech is no longer a human right.
In a trial brought by EDS against a previous employee, both Mrs Justice Swift and Mr Justice Owen heard of the abuse the employee had suffered at the hands of EDS staff on UK Government property.
The employee decided(under international human rights law) to utilise his right to free speech to make people aware of the actions of the company and the staff included.
Mr "Justice" Owen decided to dispense with human rights law and ordered the former EDS staff member to pay EDS the sum of £24000
Gordon Brown and Jack Straw have both been asked to investigate this matter.

UNUM VICE PRESIDENT JAILED - WELFARE REFORM DWP NEWS
FORMER UNUM VP OF SALES SENT TO JAIL FOR FRAUD
From - http://archives.zinester.com/75758/148084.html
Memphis, TN – JAMES MICHAEL FOLEY, 49, of Memphis, Tennessee was sentenced to 51 months incarceration to be followed by 3 years of supervised release by United States District Court Judge Samuel H. Mays announced David Kustoff, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee today. He was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,488,481.41. Foley plead guilty on December 21, 2006 to a two (2) count Information.
According to the Information, Foley was formerly the Vice-President of Sales for UnumProvident Corporation now known as Unum Group and was involved in selling large blocks of insurance to corporations. As further noted in the Information, Foley sold policies to approximately ten (10) client companies directly. These policies were not considered commission policies; however, according to the Information, Foley caused the underwriting department of UnumProvident to name his friend as the broker of record on the policy at a certain commission level even though there was actually no broker involved in the selling of the policy. The Information states that Foley would then receive 90 percent of the commission paid to his friend and would alter the Schedule A paperwork by removing the name of the broker and the amount of the commission paid. The Schedule A is the paperwork furnished to the client company by the insurance provider. Because of this scheme, Foley caused losses to UnumProvident of approximately $6,124,731.20. Foley, then, knowingly caused the Schedule A, from the client company, specifically Helena Chemical Company in Memphis, to be delivered to the US Department of Labor in violation of Title 18 USC Sections 1341, 1346 and 2.
According to Count Two (2) of the Information, Foley made false statements on and did knowingly cover up and fail to disclose facts on a document, with respect to the policy with Helena Chemical Company, that was required by Title 1 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). This was in violation of Title 18, USC Sections 1027 and 2.
This case was investigated by the United States Department of Labor. According to Assistant United States Attorney Stuart Canale, Unum Group cooperated fully with the investigation.
